I LOVE TO THINK, COLLABORATE AND SOLVE PROBLEMS
For as long as I can remember, I have been told that I "think too much" and "analyze" everything. It's true, I do love to research and review all the data available before making a big decision. For me, this is the only way to solve problems and or make good decisions. And when my result was not what I expected, I noted what worked, what didn't work, and thought of how to improve the next time. For most of my life, I assumed this was a bad characteristic and a flaw. However, as I grew into my career, I discovered just how valuable this characteristic was.
Over the last year, I did some professional soul searching to strengthen my talents and find where they all fit into my industry. My passion for developing efficiencies and seeing value in learning from the past lead me to being a Scrum Master. While my love for analyzing data, testing a hypothesis, listening to the end users, solving problems, and developing good products motivated me to become a certified Product Manager. Combining all my talents, I found my fit in Operations Strategy. (AKA DesignOps, Ops Manager)
